Day 8 of 30 Days of Biking was just a short ride to the Park Center, where I volunteer, to make sure things were set up for the evening's show. After watching the exciting finish of the Paris-Roubaix pro bike race this morning, Day 9, we headed out for a ride with friends.
As we rode up Chippewa Trail, I saw a "wooly bear" crossing the road, the first one I've seen this spring.
The day was overcast but at least it wasn't snowing, yet. The high temp yesterday was 73 and today, 68, but tomorrow the predicted
high is only 39 with 3-5" of snow in the forecast. Might have to get
the fat bike out tomorrow for my ride.
